Garland C. Hall has more than a decade of experience fighting for his clients as a Maryland attorney. Hall was born in Prince George's County, Maryland and grew up in Crofton, Maryland. Prior to starting his own law firm, he clerked for the Honorable O. Robert Lidums on the Cecil County Circuit Court in Elkton, Maryland, where he had the unique distinction of being the first ever African American male to be selected as a judicial law clerk.
Jibril Brown is a native of Prince George’s County, Maryland.
