Hall was born in Prince George's County, Maryland and grew up in Crofton, Maryland. Prior to starting his own law firm, he clerked for the Honorable O. Robert Lidums on the Cecil County Circuit Court in Elkton, Maryland, where he had the unique distinction of being the first ever African American male to be selected as a judicial law clerk.
Jibril Brown is a native of Prince George’s County, Maryland. Along with his tireless dedication to client satisfaction he is also a veteran of the armed forces where he served fifteen (15) years in the United States Air Force Reserves. Mr. Brown focuses his talents and legal acumen on matters that require devoted attention, extensive experience, and skillful litigation strategy.
Troy Lowe began practicing law after graduating from Western Michigan University, Cooley Law School. Mr. Lowe prides himself on the level of service and attention he provides to each client. His top priority is to ensure each client is confident that their best legal interests are represented. Mr. Lowe focuses his practice on domestic matters and personal injury litigation.
